About the Course

The Editorial & Commercial Module is for makeup artists who want to work at the highest creative level. Over 6 classes, you will learn to create bold, conceptual looks for fashion editorials, advertising campaigns, and creative projects, with professional photoshoots after every look.

This course challenges you to think beyond beauty and develop your own artistic voice. It is the most creatively demanding course at Glamour International Academy, and it prepares you for work in fashion, advertising, and art direction.

Prerequisite: Intermediate makeup experience required. Student must bring their own professional makeup kit.

Classes are small groups (max. 5 people) so we guarantee you personalised and focused attention from the teacher that you will not receive in big group classes in other schools.

Because of the amount of international students our classes are in English with translation to Dutch or Spanish.

The course also includes:

•6 professional photoshoots to help you build your portfolio and experience the photography set-up.

•Award-winner teachers.

•Access to our model's Social Media groups to help you find models for your classes.

Content of the Course

In the Editorial & Commercial Module, you will learn:

•Monochromatic editorial looks: single-colour stories for print and digital.

•Graphic and geometric designs: clean lines, negative space, and bold shapes.

•Avant-garde and conceptual makeup: pushing the boundaries of beauty.

•Working with unconventional materials: feathers, wire, paint, and mixed media.

•Commercial makeup for advertising: clean, camera-ready, and brand-appropriate.

•Collaboration with photographers and creative teams for editorial shoots.

Materials

The course includes a complimentary goodie bag. Students must bring their own professional makeup kit.

Throughout your training you will have unlimited access to the academy's full range of professional products at no extra cost.

For some classes you will need to bring a model to practice on. You will be informed of which classes require one once you are enrolled, and we are happy to help you find someone if needed.

Prices

•Group Lessons (up to 5 people): €895.

•Private Lessons (1-2 people): €1,120.

Our courses are tax-free, meaning you do not pay additional taxes on the course amount.

For plans with 2 installments, a 5% additional fee is applied to the total amount.

•Group: 2 installments of €469.88 (total: €939.75).

•Private: 2 installments of €588.00 (total: €1,176.00).

For International Students:

Secure your spot with a €300 deposit (non-refundable after 14 days). The remaining balance is due on the first day of the course.
